What do the awards include?
- Complimentary registration for EAPS 2027 for 1st and 2nd prize winners
- 1st prize: Reimbursement of up to €1,500 for travel and accommodation costs (processed post-Congress upon submission of receipts)
2nd prize: Reimbursement of up to €1,000 for travel and accommodation costs (processed post-Congress upon submission of receipts)
Who is eligible?
- Presenters who have submitted an abstract to EAPS 2026
- Authors with an accepted abstract in the programme
- Attendees who participate in the Congress in person
Award Selection Process & Rules
- Abstracts are evaluated based on scientific excellence
- Candidates are selected from the highest-scoring abstracts
- Candidates will be scheduled in a dedicated competitive session and will present a 10 minute oral presentation in front of judges
- No separate application is required—all submitted and accepted abstracts are automatically considered
- Only abstracts submitted via the official Congress website before the deadline will be reviewed
- 1st and 2nd prize winners from the competition will be awarded the prizes at the closing session
